I am an RRCA-certified run coach and licensed clinical therapist, creating a service that integrates evidence-based mental health support with personalized endurance coaching to help clients build resilience, confidence, balance, and sustainable performance. Whether you are training for your first 5K, chasing a marathon goal, navigating burnout, rebuilding your relationship with movement, or managing the mental demands of sport and life, sessions are tailored to support both physical and emotional well-being. The focus goes beyond pace and mileage, creating a space where athletes can strengthen performance while also prioritizing mental health, recovery, identity, and overall quality of life.

Coaching includes personalized training plans, accountability, pacing guidance, strength and recovery support, race strategy, and ongoing communication designed to help athletes feel confident both physically and mentally. My approach blends performance with balance, recognizing that life, stress, relationships, work, and mental health all impact how we train and perform.
